- You don’t need exubarent qualifications
- You don’t need to have a track record of results
But you need to be someone who …
- Is not lazy
- Is a big thinker and hungry for success
- Open minded and coachable
- Know what volunteering means
- Is a team player (1,000%)
- Has a strong work ethic (kinda like Cassper Nyovest)
- Is disciplined, guards their time jealously, and is very productive working remotely
- Doesn’t take honest feedback personally
- Enjoys chatting on Social media (especially with Whatsapp…)
- Enjoy creating content across social media
- Has excellent administration and organisation skilss
- Is warm and friendly to strangers
- Has genuine empathy…
- Is not emotionally sensitive (doesn’t get mad at the slightest provocation… and will not lash out at folks who just want honest answers to their questions… no matter how “dumb” the Qs seem)
- Is patient and understanding
- Must be between the ages of 18 – 25
- Have access to the internet, laptop, and smartphone.
- Excellent writing skills
- Matric/ higher learning qualifications
- Administration skills will be advantageous
- Understands extreme ownership
(ie: can take full responsibility, is proactive… and doesn’t need to be micro-managed to deliver…)
- And very importantly….
Someone who already 987% believes in the Akhona Teens brand.

But the organisation itself.
